Today Falmouth College welcomed a group of Falmouth University lecturers and administrators as part of their Higher Education teacher training.
They visited and talked to Mrs Tarplee’s A level Art class and asked the students about their plans for the future. Falmouth College president team (Eden Georgiou, Ebony Wright and Anna Freeman) showed the group around the School and College and gave them an insight in to the life of a Y12 students.
This visit is part of the successful collaboration between Falmouth University and Falmouth College that includes joint teaching, summer schools, higher education events and on-going training for teachers. Dr Fox was pleased to announce to the lecturers that five current Year 13 students are applying the Falmouth university as their first choice as a direct result of the collaboration.
